Lendbuzz, a fintech company specializing in automotive lending, is seeking a Dealership Account Manager for their San Francisco office. This is a field-based sales role focused on expanding market reach and building partnerships with dealerships across the region. You will be responsible for prospecting and identifying potential dealership partners to grow the network and increase market share in the automotive finance sector. You'll deliver exceptional support to existing dealer partners, ensuring their satisfaction and driving their success. The role involves conducting in-depth market research to uncover trends and opportunities in automotive finance, adjusting strategies accordingly, and elevating brand visibility through strategic outreach and effective communication. This is a hands-on position requiring daily in-person visits to dealership partners throughout your assigned territory. The role typically follows a six-day work week. You must reside within or near the assigned geographic territory and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and full coverage insurance. Compensation includes a competitive base salary with uncapped monthly commission and a lucrative bonus structure. QUALIFICATIONS: - Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, ideally within automotive lending, finance, or related field - At least 2 years in your most recent role demonstrating professional growth - Hands-on experience in auto finance or dealership account management; special finance experience highly valued - Willingness and ability to maintain a six-day work week with daily in-person dealership visits - Strong communication and negotiation skills with proven ability to build trusted relationships and deliver results - Analytical mindset with ability to spot market opportunities and pivot strategies - Proactive problem-solver thriving in fast-paced, performance-driven environments - Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot - Collaborative, adaptable, and confident working independently - Valid driver's license, clean driving record, full coverage insurance required - Customer-focused, organized, committed to excellence - Must reside within or near assigned geographic territory - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred - Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus Note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
