TRM Labs is seeking a Deal Desk Coordinator to join the Global Deal Desk team, which manages complex enterprise procurement processes for AI-powered financial crime intelligence solutions. This role owns the operational layer of deal execution, managing live submissions from intake through upload across concurrent bids, procurement portal administration, and cross-functional coordination with product, security, legal, and finance teams.
Key responsibilities include: managing submission calendars, clarification windows, and Q&A deadlines across multiple concurrent bids; administering procurement portal registrations, credentials, and renewals across a large estate of buyer portals; routing expert verification requests to appropriate owners and maintaining visibility on deliverables; performing quality assurance on all submissions to validate product, security, and compliance claims; and building intake processes and reusable answer libraries to improve efficiency.
The ideal candidate has owned complex written deliverables against hard external deadlines in bid operations, deal desk, sales operations, procurement, or GRC roles. You excel at detail-oriented work, notice contradictions across documents, and can manage multiple concurrent workstreams with different owners and deadlines. You have credibility with busy technical and legal stakeholders, are genuinely fluent with AI tools for workflow configuration, and are comfortable with Excel, Word, and various buyer portals.
Nice-to-have experience includes blockchain analytics, financial crime compliance, AML/CFT, SOC 2, ISO 27001/27701, FedRAMP, DORA, GDPR, and public-sector procurement frameworks. The team is distributed and remote, with work driven by live bid submission schedules rather than fixed office hours. No on-call rotation or weekend expectations; submission peaks are managed within the work week. The role requires async-first communication via Slack and Notion with sync coordination around live bids.
