Veeva Business Consulting, the consulting arm of Veeva Systems (a public benefit corporation), is seeking a Data Scientist to join its EU Analytics practice. You will work with Life Sciences companies to accelerate treatment delivery by transforming how they leverage technology, data, and AI. Your focus will be on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business impact.
In this role, you will design, prototype, and scale advanced analytics solutions tailored to Life Sciences customers across European markets. You will process and harmonize Veeva Data Cloud products with diverse European healthcare data assets, developing statistical methodologies, machine learning, and AI models to address complex commercial and strategic business questions. A key responsibility is building HCP (Healthcare Professional) precision engagement engines that integrate disparate healthcare datasets with customer CRM systems to enable personalized, data-driven targeting and activation.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, data engineers, operations, and consultants—to deliver end-to-end analytical solutions. You will own analytics assets throughout their lifecycle: designing solutions, managing stakeholder expectations, tracking status, and measuring impact. You will also maintain clear documentation of data methodologies, model architectures, and validation processes to ensure defensibility, scalability, and transparency across client engagements.
