Guidde is an AI-powered digital adoption platform that helps organizations create and consume rich, multi-format documentation using generative AI. You will take full ownership of Guidde's internal product suite—the full-stack applications, AI agent tools, and automation pipelines that power teams across the entire company. Reporting directly to the VP of CS & Data, this is a high-autonomy, tech-lead role where you will maintain, evolve, and build the next generation of internal tools enabling every department to move faster and make data-driven decisions.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Own the Internal Product Suite: Lead development of core full-stack applications and dashboards that provide Product, CS, Sales, and executive leadership visibility into product usage, account health, and business performance.
• Advance the Internal AI Layer: Design, deploy, and refine custom agentic AI workflows enabling teams to query complex B2B and product data conversationally.
• Engineer Smart Automations: Architect workflow automations and custom APIs that pipe downstream data into operational tools teams use daily.
• Bridge Data and Software: Partner with Data Ops and Data Analysts to transform raw data models into intuitive user interfaces and automated actions.
• Run the Infrastructure: Own the end-to-end DevOps lifecycle for internal applications, managing deployment, containerization, observability, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive Technical Strategy: Act as the technical anchor for internal tools, translating high-level product and business challenges into shipped, reliable software.
Required expertise includes full-stack software engineering with strong proficiency in React and Next.js, hands-on AI agent development experience with tools like Claude Code or Cursor, solid understanding of SQL and data warehouses (BigQuery/Snowflake), and DevOps fluency with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Cloud Run, and workflow orchestration tools. You bring a builder's mindset—proactive, hands-on, prioritizing shipping high-value functional tools quickly over waiting for perfect specifications.
