We seek a Data Integration Engineer to lead complex integration initiatives from client onboarding through ongoing platform usage. This senior-level role combines technical depth with project leadership, requiring you to provide technical guidance, drive process improvements, and own sophisticated data solutions that directly impact users and internal teams.
Key responsibilities include:
**Technical Execution & Expertise:**
- Analyze, debug, and resolve integration tickets and data discrepancies, serving as the team's escalation point
- Determine root causes for systemic failures and implement lasting solutions
- Execute advanced technical work across the integration lifecycle
**Product Prioritization & Leadership:**
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to guide team direction
- Balance high-volume ticket resolution with strategic project ownership
- Drive improvements in integration processes and methodologies
- Contribute to product roadmap decisions with technical perspective
**Team Mentorship:**
- Guide team members through complex technical challenges
- Share expertise and elevate team capabilities
- Blend advanced technical execution with people leadership
