Delinea is seeking a Data Governance Analyst to join its Mexico City office (hybrid: Tuesday–Thursday on-site at Reforma). This execution-focused role sits within an AI-first operating model where automation handles detection and matching at scale, and the Analyst reviews AI-flagged findings, conducts hands-on research, and makes or recommends final changes to Salesforce. Key responsibilities include: • Execute day-to-day maintenance and updates of account hierarchy relationships in Salesforce, with focus on US Federal, Strategic, and Enterprise accounts. • Investigate and resolve flagged duplicate account and contact records using data-quality tooling (Openprise, Validity/DemandTools, Cloudingo), following team deduplication standards. • Research and validate parent-child account relationships to support a single, accurate source-of-truth customer hierarchy. • Maintain clear, audit-ready documentation for every hierarchy change and deduplication action, consistent with IPO-readiness data control standards. • Perform OFAC/sanctions screening on in-process deals and channel-sourced opportunities, completing screening early in the opportunity management process and always before booking. • Escalate flagged matches promptly to the Manager and Legal/Compliance following defined procedures. • Research and validate new account creation requests in Salesforce, confirming correct placement within the customer hierarchy before account creation. • Meet established SLAs for account research and creation turnaround time. • Flag ambiguous, high-risk, or unclear account creation requests to the Manager for review. • Use AI and automation tools for detection, matching, and research; review and validate AI-flagged findings before making or recommending changes. • Provide feedback on tooling accuracy and performance to support continuous improvement of the AI-first operating model. • Identify recurring data quality issues or process gaps and recommend improvements to the Manager. Required qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in data governance, data quality, or Salesforce data operations; direct, hands-on experience with the Salesforce account/contact data model; detail-oriented with ability to operate within SLAs and controls-oriented environment; fluent English; based in Mexico City; Bachelor's degree required. Preferred: familiarity with data quality/deduplication tooling (Openprise, Data.com, Cloudingo, Validity/DemandTools); basic familiarity with OFAC/sanctions screening processes; demonstrated interest in applying AI/automation tools to data quality or operations workflows.
