Delinea is seeking a Data Governance Analyst to join its Mexico City office (hybrid: Tuesday–Thursday on-site at Reforma). This execution-focused role sits within an AI-first operating model where automation handles detection and matching at scale, and the Analyst reviews AI-flagged findings, conducts hands-on research, and makes or recommends final changes to Salesforce. You will be the front line for hierarchy accuracy, deduplication, sanctions screening, and account-creation gatekeeping. Key responsibilities include: **Account Hierarchy & Data Quality:** - Execute day-to-day maintenance and updates of account hierarchy relationships in Salesforce, with focus on US Federal, Strategic, and Enterprise accounts. - Investigate and resolve flagged duplicate account and contact records using data-quality tooling (Openprise, Validity/DemandTools, Cloudingo). - Research and validate parent-child account relationships to maintain a single, accurate source-of-truth customer hierarchy. - Maintain clear, audit-ready documentation for every hierarchy change and deduplication action, consistent with IPO-readiness data control standards. **OFAC / Sanctions Screening:** - Perform OFAC/sanctions screening on in-process deals and channel-sourced opportunities. - Complete screening early in the opportunity management process and always before booking. - Escalate flagged matches promptly to the Manager and Legal/Compliance. - Research and validate new account creation requests in Salesforce, confirming correct placement within the customer hierarchy. - Meet established SLAs for account research and creation turnaround time. - Flag ambiguous, high-risk, or unclear account creation requests to the Manager. **AI-First Tooling & Continuous Improvement:** - Use AI and automation tools for detection, matching, and research; review and validate AI-flagged findings before making changes. - Provide feedback on tooling accuracy and performance to support continuous improvement. - Identify recurring data quality issues or process gaps and recommend improvements. You will work closely with the Manager to flag risks, escalate exceptions, and continuously improve team workflows. The role requires 1–3 years of experience in data governance, data quality, or Salesforce data operations, with direct hands-on experience in the Salesforce account/contact data model. Familiarity with data quality/deduplication tooling and OFAC/sanctions screening is preferred. You must be detail-oriented, comfortable operating within SLAs and a controls-oriented environment, and demonstrate interest in applying AI/automation to data quality workflows. Fluent English is required; Bachelor's degree required.
