Method Security is seeking a USCYBERCOM Growth Lead to build and scale engagement across U.S. Cyber Command and the broader Cyber Mission Force. This is a full-stack business development role spanning account strategy, customer engagement, opportunity capture, proposal development, and contract management. You will own the complete account lifecycle: identifying operational problems Method's AI-driven autonomous defense solutions can solve, shaping opportunities, developing proposals, navigating government acquisition processes, and expanding funded programs. You will work directly with Method's founders, engineering teams, cyber operators, and deployment teams to translate mission needs into demonstrations, proposals, and operational deployments. Key responsibilities include building and executing account strategy across USCYBERCOM and subordinate organizations; managing relationships with operators, technical experts, and senior executives; leading customer discovery, briefings, and technical exchanges; translating operational problems into use cases and acquisition strategies; taking hands-on roles in RFI/RFP responses; shaping transition strategies from prototypes to enduring programs; identifying adjacent missions and expansion opportunities; and representing Method at exercises, conferences, and senior-level engagements. Required qualifications: 10+ years in cyber operations, capability development, acquisition, program management, government growth, or defense capture. Significant experience working within or supporting USCYBERCOM, Cyber Mission Force, or aligned national-security organizations. Deep understanding of USCYBERCOM's missions, structure, priorities, and stakeholder environment. Demonstrated ability to shape federal opportunities and establish funding pathways. Experience translating operational requirements into acquisition strategies and proposals. Excellent communication skills across operators, engineers, and senior executives. Highly autonomous operating style. Active TS/SCI clearance required. Willingness to travel up to 35%. Nice-to-haves include former senior military/civilian experience in USCYBERCOM, established credibility with stakeholders across directorates and acquisition organizations, success taking cyber capabilities from concept to funded program, and familiarity with requirements, budgeting, contracting, testing, and fielding processes.
