You will join the Customs Team in Amsterdam as a Global Customs Analyst, responsible for streamlining clients' customs clearance processes. Your day-to-day work will involve digitally preparing and filing all documentation required to customs clear goods for both import and export shipments. You'll review and organize incoming documents to ensure full compliance with EU Customs Regulations, classify products using GRIs (General Rules of Interpretation), and identify opportunities to apply Preferential Trade Agreements on a per-shipment basis. You'll maintain excellent working relationships with clients by delivering customer service that exceeds expectations, managing high volumes of entries accurately and on deadline in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Customs experience is ideal but not required; the company will provide training
- Background in freight forwarding or logistics is a strong plus
- Dutch language skills are a plus
- Ability to manage high volumes of entries accurately and on deadline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
- Comfort working with digital tools and paperless workflows
