The company has grown to 260+ employees across Europe and the US, with 650,000+ active developers in its community, 190K+ GitHub stars, and a $5.2bn valuation backed by Sequoia and SAP.
You will build and lead a high-performing Customer Success function on the West Coast, managing n8n's most strategic enterprise customers while scaling the team and operating model for the next stage of growth. This is a hands-on leadership role combining direct customer engagement, people development, and operational execution.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead strategic enterprise accounts: Partner with Customer Success Managers to navigate complex customer challenges, build trusted executive relationships, and step directly into customer conversations when needed. Stay hands-on with strategic accounts while the West team scales.
• Build and develop the West Coast CS team: Hire and onboard remaining CSMs, coach and develop team members through structured 1:1s and clear development plans, and create a high-accountability, supportive environment with clear feedback.
• Drive operational excellence: Establish consistent operating cadences for forecasting, account health, and risk reviews. Build repeatable CS motions across onboarding, QBRs, adoption, retention, and expansion. Use insights to identify risks early and continuously improve team operations.
• Shape the customer journey cross-functionally: Partner closely with Sales, Product, Support, TAMs, Renewals, and GTM leaders. Collaborate with CS leaders across US East, EMEA, and Scaled CS to evolve shared playbooks and methodologies.
The role is remote, working West Coast hours, with hiring focused on candidates based in Washington, California, Colorado, or Texas.
