As a Customer Success Partner, you will serve as the primary strategic partner for a portfolio of high-value mid-market customers, nurturing strong collaborative relationships and supporting them in achieving meaningful outcomes through their influencer marketing programs. You'll work closely with customers to understand their goals and align them with CreatorIQ's platform capabilities, driving long-term adoption and program success. Key responsibilities include: - Serving as the primary strategic partner for mid-market customers, leading value realization conversations and aligning on long-term success goals - Building multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders through consistent communication, including periodic in-person meetings and strategic onsite engagements - Driving platform adoption by analyzing customer engagement data, identifying risks and opportunities, and helping customers unlock the value of self-service tools - Leading regular strategic business reviews, success planning sessions, and roadmap discussions aligned with customer objectives - Collaborating with Implementation, Services, and Product Support teams to ensure successful onboarding and adoption - Maintaining account plans that identify customer goals, risks, and expansion opportunities - Maintaining retention ownership for your book of business, proactively identifying and mitigating churn risks - Acting as the customer's internal advocate, channeling product feedback into the organization - Maintaining comprehensive account documentation including success plans, meeting notes, and adoption data You'll be evaluated on gross retention, platform adoption, and customer health metrics.
