CreatorIQ is seeking a Customer Success Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to a portfolio of customers, helping them achieve meaningful business outcomes through their creator marketing programs. You will work closely with customers to understand their goals and align them with CreatorIQ's platform capabilities, driving long-term adoption, value realization, and program success. In this role, you will build trusted, multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders—both virtually and in person—and serve as a proactive partner throughout the customer lifecycle. You'll own the health and retention of your portfolio and be measured on outcomes including gross retention, platform adoption, customer health, and value realization. Key responsibilities include: - Serve as the primary strategic partner for a portfolio of customers, aligning CreatorIQ's capabilities to their business goals and driving measurable value - Build trusted, multi-threaded relationships across customer organizations, from day-to-day users to executive stakeholders - Drive platform adoption and customer success by understanding each customer's strategy, analyzing engagement, and identifying opportunities to increase value - Lead strategic engagements including success planning, business reviews, roadmap discussions, and in-person meetings as appropriate - Own customer health and retention across your portfolio, proactively identifying risk and coordinating action plans to support long-term success - Maintain strategic account plans that capture customer goals, key stakeholders, adoption opportunities, risks, and growth opportunities - Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, Services, Support, and Product to deliver a cohesive customer experience - Act as the voice of the customer internally while staying current on CreatorIQ capabilities and industry trends CreatorIQ is the AI-native operating system for creator-led growth, trusted by more than 1,300 global brands and agencies including Burson, Delta Air Lines, Google, LVMH, Nestlé, and Sephora. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years of experience in a strategic customer-facing role, ideally within influencer marketing, an agency, brand, SaaS, or marketing technology environment - Passionate about creator and influencer marketing, social media, and helping customers build successful programs - Proven ability to manage toward business KPIs, retention goals, customer health, and customer advocacy metrics - Skilled at navigating customer organizations and building relationships across multiple levels, from daily users to executive sponsors - Comfortable translating customer goals into actionable success strategies and measurable outcomes - Able to use customer, adoption, and performance data to identify risk, uncover opportunities, and tell compelling stories - Strong strategic thinker who can also manage day-to-day execution and follow-through - Confident leading structured customer engagements including success planning, business reviews, executive conversations, and roadmap discussions - Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage a portfolio of customers with varying needs and complexity - Curious, solutions-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, evolving environment - Collaborative and experienced working cross-functionally with teams such as Implementation, Support, Product, Services, Insights, and Sales - Comfortable with customer success and productivity tools such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Notion, Jira, or similar platforms
