Centralize is a relationship intelligence platform built on AI that redefines CRM for complex enterprise deals. The company has grown 5x in the past year, recently closed a Series A led by NEA, and is preparing for public launch and self-serve signup. High-profile customers include Webflow, Intercom, Brex, Cognition, LangChain, and Cresta.
You'll join as an early member of the Customer Success team, owning the Mid-Market portfolio of Tier 2 customers and select Tier 1 accounts. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for your book of 15-30 accounts, owning customer outcomes end-to-end. Key responsibilities include building and executing success plans focused on implementation and adoption, running customer trainings and executive business reviews, monitoring customer health signals to identify at-risk accounts, driving product adoption and expansion opportunities, owning renewals in partnership with Account Executives, and building onboarding and success playbooks. You'll also own the support experience for your portfolio, triaging and routing issues in partnership with Engineering.
Cross-functional collaboration is central to the role. You'll work with Sales, Engineering, and Leadership to improve customer experience, act as the voice of the customer by synthesizing feedback and partnering with Product on roadmap input, and proactively flag insights and risks from your portfolio to inform business decisions.
Centralize's customers include some of the most cutting-edge GTM teams in enterprise software. The company is backed by NEA (whose partner was President of Salesforce and New Relic), with angels including Cal Henderson (Slack co-founder), Noah Weiss (former Slack CPO), Eleanor Dorfman (Head of Sales at Anthropic), and GTM leaders from Figma, Box, Dropbox, and Notion.
