We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to serve mid-market and enterprise clients across India and South-East Asia (INSEA), one of the world's fastest-evolving digital markets. In this role, you will be the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for your book of accounts, helping clients unlock maximum value from the Similarweb platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the go-to point of contact for all users on your assigned accounts
- Act as a strategic advisor guiding customers through their entire journey with the platform
- Identify and mitigate churn risk through proactive, thoughtful intervention
- Build long-term relationships that drive renewals and account longevity
- Uncover upsell opportunities as client needs evolve
- Develop deep expertise across the full Similarweb product suite
- Ensure clients are genuinely engaged and seeing real business value from the platform
- Produce polished, client-ready insights using AI agents
You will work in a hybrid model with an emphasis on in-person collaboration in the office, with flexibility for partial remote work. The role focuses on relationship-building, strategic advisory, and driving customer success in a dynamic, fast-growing region.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Chinese; another South-East Asian language is a strong plus
- Deep knowledge of the digital marketing landscape
- Natural data fluency and comfort working with analytics
- Minimum 4 years of client-facing experience, ideally in a SaaS company
- Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with clients and colleagues
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to identify root causes
- Proficiency in using AI agents to generate client-ready insights
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Strong collaboration and teamwork orientation
