Salary: USD 90,000 - 125,000 / annual
SchooLinks is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to lead enterprise-level implementations and manage relationships with school districts. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on driving engagement, usage, and renewal outcomes across a portfolio of district customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of districts, working collaboratively to meet engagement, usage, and renewal targets
- Assess usage and engagement data to determine district health and identify necessary actions
- Build and maintain director and executive-level relationships with district stakeholders
- Lead the renewal process including quoting, securing verbal approval, and obtaining signatures
- Collect and synthesize customer feedback for the Product Team, identifying patterns in district challenges and needs
- Document problems and challenges faced by customers to inform product roadmap
- Maintain accurate account records and notes in CRM systems (Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar)
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities through multi-threading and relationship development
- Travel 15–30% of the time to customer meetings, trainings, conferences, and company offsites (concentrated August–October during back-to-school season)

Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in a Customer Success role
- 3+ years of implementation and customer success experience at a SaaS company
- Experience with ClassLink/Clever and SFTP (preferred)
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Project management skills including understanding task dependencies and sequencing
- Ability to close renewals and identify expansion opportunities
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, etc.) and Apple/Mac systems
- Willingness and ability to travel 15–30% of the time
- Positive, proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to find information independently
