Join Cyolo as a Customer Success Manager covering the EMEA region. In this hybrid role, you own the end-to-end customer lifecycle, acting as the primary project manager during the first 30–90 days to ensure efficient customer deployment and rapid Time-to-Value (TTV). Once the platform is live, you transition into a strategic advisory role focused on adoption, executive relationship management, and commercial growth.
You will work closely with the Customer Success Engineering (CSE) team, Sales, Product, and the broader go-to-market organization to maximize customer success, retention, and long-term strategic growth. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing the customer onboarding and deployment process to achieve rapid TTV
- Transitioning customers from implementation to ongoing strategic advisory engagement
- Driving adoption and identifying expansion opportunities within your customer base
- Building and maintaining executive relationships with key stakeholders
- Identifying and executing on Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) expansion opportunities
- Leveraging technical resources (TAM) to execute onboarding requirements
- Becoming a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their unique workflows and uncovering new ways the platform drives their success
You are an independent, self-motivated professional with a naturally curious mindset and a drive to take ownership of your book of business. You maintain a professional approach while building deep customer relationships and actively contributing to revenue growth.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Cybersecurity experience, especially within the OT (Operational Technology) space
- Independent and self-motivated work style
- Ability to manage complex customer lifecycles and transition between project management and strategic advisory roles
- Strong relationship-building and executive communication skills
- Naturally curious mindset with ability to understand customer workflows and identify expansion opportunities
