As a Customer Success Manager, you will own the success of a portfolio of high-profile healthcare provider accounts. You are accountable for annual contract renewals and will be the primary relationship owner for clinicians and administrators at your accounts. Key responsibilities include:
- Owning retention and renewal across your account portfolio, with Monthly Active Users (MAUs) as your north star metric
- Daily monitoring of MAUs, WAUs, and utilization; identifying risk signals early and owning intervention plans
- Building trusted, personal relationships with key clinicians and administrative stakeholders
- Responding to provider and stakeholder questions, surfacing product updates, and proactively sharing relevant information
- Identifying organic expansion opportunities within accounts and partnering with internal teams to execute
- Advocating internally for customer needs and translating clinical workflow requirements into product feedback
- Staying current on DeepScribe's latest functionality and proactively applying new features to your portfolio
You will work in a rapidly evolving environment with opportunities to collaborate across functions to ensure customers receive the best experience. The role requires willingness to travel, with cadence varying from 0–50% in a given month depending on account needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Deep empathy for clinicians and genuine belief in solving clinical workflow challenges
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows; ability to translate provider needs into technology solutions
- Technical fluency: comfortable working with data, understanding integrations, and troubleshooting at a detailed level
- Working knowledge of LLMs and basic prompt engineering; curiosity to deepen this knowledge
- Proactive communication style; you bring information and solutions without waiting to be asked
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt quickly as product and market evolve
- Willingness to travel (0–50% monthly depending on account needs)
- Direct healthcare experience is preferred but not required
