Salary: USD 70,000 - 120,000 / annual
NRC Health is seeking a Customer Success Manager to partner with healthcare organizations and deliver innovative solutions that help customers understand how their organization is experienced by the people they serve.
In this role, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare customers to drive portfolio expansion, retention, and loyalty. You'll work cross-functionally with the Growth Team to develop and execute customer success plans, requiring collaboration with multiple decision-makers and deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and NRC Health's solutions. You'll also participate in solution and industry training, continuously building your expertise.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building customer relationships that inspire loyalty and drive business growth
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences while challenging customers to think differently about their business
- Managing multiple customer accounts and priorities simultaneously
- Analyzing data to offer unique insights and strategic recommendations
- Developing customer success plans in partnership with internal teams
- Traveling up to 30% to meet with customers
- Participating in training and continuous learning initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated customer service and sales aptitude
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience preferred
- High learning agility and critical thinking ability
- Strong organizational skills, prioritization, attention to detail, and follow-through
