As Customer Success Manager for Mexico, you will report to the Director of Customer Success and serve as the primary point of contact for Motive customers within Mexico. You will own a book of business with existing customers, driving expansion opportunities and managing renewals. Your core responsibilities include ensuring customers realize value from Motive solutions, driving adoption and training, maintaining high customer satisfaction, identifying expansion paths across the platform, and managing the complete customer lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
- Own a named book of business for expansion and renewals
- Ensure consistent revenue retention and account renewals
- Drive adoption, training, and best-practice development
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and monitor account health
- Identify opportunities for customers to expand use of the Motive platform
- Navigate customers through internal processes and support escalations
- Manage high-volume email, chat, and phone communications
- Collaborate with sales and implementation teams on seamless customer handoffs
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- 1+ years of experience as a CSM or equivalent (with renewal target ownership)
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
- Demonstrated ownership of revenue and renewals for a named book of business
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Receptive to feedback with commitment to continuous improvement
- Resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong planning and resourcefulness skills
- Strong sense of ownership for the product
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with accounts based in both Mexico and the US
- Logistics industry experience
- Prior sales experience
