Circadia Health is a growth-stage healthcare AI company preventing avoidable hospitalizations and transforming senior-care operations. The Circadia Intelligence Platform combines contactless sensing that monitors respiration and motion with medical-grade accuracy, native predictive models that detect 85% of preventable adverse events several days in advance, and enterprise integrations that operationalize predictions directly inside EHR, care-coordination, billing, and compliance workflows. The company touches 40,000+ post-acute patients daily across skilled-nursing, home-health, and home-care networks and is backed by leading healthcare and AI investors.
You will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to key leadership teams across multisite healthcare clients, embedding yourself in their operations to diagnose workflow challenges, design adoption strategies, and drive measurable outcomes. This is not a traditional account management role—you'll build lasting partnerships with executive leadership (CMOs, CNOs, operations leaders) that make Circadia indispensable to their organizations.
Key responsibilities include: leading seamless onboarding and implementation engagements, adapting technology to each client's operational realities; leveraging Circadia's predictive analytics to surface insights that matter to partners and turn monitoring data into compelling stories about patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and ROI; owning the full post-sales lifecycle to drive adoption, reduce churn risk, and create organic expansion opportunities; and bringing field intelligence back to the product team to shape the roadmap.
You'll navigate confidently at clinical and executive levels, communicate with clarity and credibility at every organizational level, diagnose before prescribing, and back recommendations with data. The role requires comfort owning ambiguous, high-stakes engagements and driving them to measurable outcomes, with approximately 50% travel within your region.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic account management, or client advisory (ideally in healthcare, med-tech, or health IT)
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-site institutional clients or long-cycle B2B engagements
- Executive presence and ability to communicate with clarity and credibility at every level of an organization
- Consultative instincts: diagnose before prescribe, back recommendations with data
- Comfortable owning ambiguous, high-stakes engagements and driving them to measurable outcomes
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% within your region
- Passion for Circadia's mission to transform patient care through intelligent monitoring and automation
