AccuRx is a healthcare productivity platform transforming the NHS through digital tools that streamline patient care and clinician workflows. The company has built an all-in-one platform used by 98% of GP practices and 68% of NHS Trusts, with products including Total Triage, Self-Book, Patient Questionnaires, Accumail, and Accurx Scribe (an AI-powered note-taking tool).
You will own a portfolio of 5–11 enterprise NHS accounts (ICBs or Trusts) end-to-end, from implementation through renewal. In primary care, you'll protect and deepen existing strong relationships. In secondary care, you'll build relationships from scratch in a fast-growing market where Accurx Scribe is gaining significant traction. You'll be the trusted advisor NHS organisations call first—someone who understands their priorities, anticipates problems, and makes Accurx indispensable to their operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing enterprise NHS account portfolios across primary and secondary care
- Driving product adoption and leading renewal conversations
- Building trust and relationships in complex NHS environments undergoing restructuring and funding uncertainty
- Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, implementation, transformation, commercial ops, and finance teams
- Bringing customer voice back into the business to improve internal processes
- Contributing to and shaping customer success playbooks and processes as the team scales
- Navigating NHS stakeholder dynamics with patience and precision
You'll work in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment where processes are still being defined and you can shape how account management evolves at the company. The role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to be a trusted advisor rather than simply a yes-person.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or relationship-heavy roles
- Ability to push back constructively and ask probing questions to find better solutions
- Comfort building structure and processes from scratch; willingness to iterate
- Genuine curiosity about the NHS and patience to navigate its complexity
- Proficiency with AI tools to automate routine work and increase efficiency
- Natural connector who adapts communication style across clinical, digital, and commercial stakeholders
- No specific years of experience or educational requirements stated
