As Enterprise Customer Success Leader for Southern Europe & DACH, you will lead a regional customer success team responsible for ensuring enterprise clients achieve their desired outcomes. This is a strategic leadership role focused on building scalable processes, developing high-performing talent, and driving customer retention and expansion across a key geographic region.
Key responsibilities include: leading and developing a dynamic customer success team with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement; designing and implementing scalable customer success strategies and playbooks across the full customer journey (implementation, adoption, value realization, retention, expansion); mentoring team members to become strategic advisors and customer advocates; deepening relationships with key enterprise stakeholders through proactive, strategic engagement; implementing retention processes and early warning systems to reduce churn and mitigate risk; collaborating with GTM, Product, and Engineering leadership to embed customer feedback into product development; and serving as a voice-of-customer advocate across the organization.
You will manage multi-million dollar customer accounts and work with large enterprise clients. The role requires balancing hands-on customer leadership with team management, strategic process design, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll operate in a fast-moving, high-intensity environment where decisiveness, simplicity, and relentless execution are core values.
