Roboflow is hiring a Customer Success Engineer to help self-serve and corporate customers become independent, confident users of Roboflow's computer vision platform. Over 1M+ developers, including those from half the Fortune 100, use Roboflow to build and deploy computer vision models for applications ranging from cancer research to construction safety to drone guidance.
In this role, you will design and deliver scalable technical enablement programs that remove educational friction and empower customers to progress independently. You'll operate through two complementary models: (1) scalable enablement via recurring webinars, workshops, office hours, learning journeys, and reusable educational content for self-serve customers, and (2) targeted 1:1 enablement for qualifying corporate customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop, deliver, and continuously improve technical enablement programs covering platform onboarding, annotation strategy, dataset management, model training and evaluation, workflows, deployments, and workspace administration
- Host bi-weekly webinars, technical workshops, office hours, and live educational sessions
- Create learning journeys that guide customers toward increasingly sophisticated use of Roboflow
- Deliver structured 1:1 Targeted Enablement sessions for qualifying customers
- Produce reusable technical assets including documentation, videos, walkthroughs, and reference materials
- Identify recurring customer questions and convert them into scalable educational programs
- Monitor customer activation and engagement signals to identify users who may benefit from specific programs
- Measure participation and effectiveness of enablement initiatives
- Collaborate with Product to identify and close knowledge and usability gaps
- Stay current with Roboflow product features, releases, and best practices
You'll work closely with Support & Success leadership and partner with Product, Sales, and Field Engineering. As an early Customer Success Engineer hire, you'll help build the programs, content, tooling, and working practices that define Customer Success at Roboflow.
Roboflow is distributed across the US and Europe with hubs in New York City, San Francisco, and São Paulo. The company offers flexibility to work from a hub (with relocation bonus), from home, or at co-working spaces. You'll be expected to attend some synchronous meetings during US daytime hours.
Within one week, you'll learn about computer vision, the product, company, and customers, and complete the core Roboflow self-serve journey. Within one month, you'll onboard in person at the NY or SF hub, shadow enablement sessions, compose your first program, and create reusable enablement artifacts. Within six months, you'll independently own recurring 1:many programs and 1:1 engagements, improve educational content, identify customer friction patterns, and demonstrate measurable contribution to adoption.
