Clara is a fast-growing B2B fintech company in Latin America, providing spend management solutions including corporate cards, bill pay, financing, and a B2B platform. You will join Clara's Mexico team as a Customer Success Associate, managing a portfolio of accounts and ensuring clients derive maximum value from the platform. Your responsibilities include:
- Manage customer accounts and act as a trusted advisor, driving retention and identifying growth opportunities
- Deliver a seamless customer experience from onboarding through renewal
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to advocate for customer needs
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account expansion
- Use data and analytics to solve complex customer problems and improve outcomes
- Contribute to Clara's long-term success through ownership and execution

**Requirements:**
- 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales
- Background in fintech, banking, SaaS, or financial services
- Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically HubSpot
- Experience or interest in AI tools to automate workflows and improve response times
- Working proficiency in English and Spanish
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptability to fast-changing environments and proven track record of execution
- Experience identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities to drive account expansion
**Preferred qualifications:**
- Independent analytical skills using spreadsheets or Metabase
- Experience collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
- Familiarity with product usage monitoring or customer health scoring
- Strategic thinking and eye for process improvements
- Good sense of humor
