You will join Clara's Mexico team as a Customer Success Associate, managing a portfolio of accounts to ensure clients derive maximum value from the platform. This cross-functional role blends relationship management, commercial acumen, and product insight. You'll drive customer retention, identify growth opportunities, and deliver a seamless experience from onboarding through renewal. You'll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to advocate for customer needs and contribute to Clara's long-term success. The role requires ownership mentality, comfort with data analysis, and the ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account expansion.

**Requirements:**
- 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales
- Background in fintech, banking, SaaS, or financial services
- Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically HubSpot
- Experience or interest in AI tools to automate workflows and improve response times
- Working proficiency in English and Spanish
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptability to fast-changing environments and proven track record of execution
- Experience identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities to drive account expansion
**Preferred qualifications:**
- Independent analytical skills using spreadsheets or Metabase
- Experience collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
- Familiarity with product usage monitoring or customer health scoring
- Strategic thinking and eye for process improvements
- Good sense of humor
