Buk is a people management software platform operating across Chile, Colombia, Peru, Mexico, and Brazil, with over 1,900 employees. The company is seeking a Customer Success Analyst specializing in the Payroll (Remuneraciones) module to join their customer support team.
In this role, you will provide high-quality guidance and support to customers across multiple channels—chat, phone, and email—to resolve inquiries, questions, and requests effectively. You will guide customers in using the Buk platform and provide advisory on labor and legal topics in compliance with current regulations. Your responsibilities include ensuring customers are using platform functionality correctly, troubleshooting issues they encounter, and staying current with new tools and features to provide continuous feedback for product improvement.
This is NOT a sales role, nor will you perform payroll calculations for Buk or clients, nor provide internal IT support. Instead, you will deliver expert-level customer success service in the Payroll module, helping clients create happier workplaces.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or similar roles (required)
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience (desirable)
- Theoretical/technical knowledge and hands-on experience in payroll/remuneraciones (required)
