InnovaMat is seeking a Customer & Strategy Operations Manager to lead operational strategy, adoption, and executive support across their school portfolio in Mexico. You will drive the transformation of mathematics education in preschool, primary, and secondary schools through InnovaMat's educational methodology. Key responsibilities include: **Executive Account & Relationship Management**: Build trust-based relationships with school owners, directors, and leadership teams. Lead executive-level follow-up meetings and results presentations, demonstrating exceptional communication, strategic empathy, and negotiation skills. **Data Analytics & Impact Dashboards**: Design and present control panels and dashboards to school leadership teams showing teacher adoption rates, platform usage, and real classroom impact. Monitor key portfolio health metrics including adoption levels, retention rates, and churn risks to drive proactive decision-making. **Operational Efficiency & AI-Driven Scalability**: Map and identify bottlenecks across the customer journey. Redesign and automate operational workflows. Implement AI tools to optimize internal processes, improve customer response times, and ensure scalable operations. **Project Management & Implementation**: Coordinate and schedule cross-functional implementation projects with each school, including teacher training, classroom modeling, progress reviews, parent meetings, and leadership sessions. Work closely with InnovaMat's pedagogical advisors to align academic action plans with operational strategy. **Educational Strategy & Context**: Develop expertise in InnovaMat's mathematics methodology and didactics to advise schools effectively. Analyze Mexico's educational landscape to identify specific needs, solve complex challenges, and drive initiatives that ensure project success. Required qualifications: 3–5 years leading operations, strategic customer success, project management, or B2B strategic consulting (preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or educational services). Outstanding verbal and written communication with demonstrated ability to negotiate and present to C-level executives and school directors. Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis and modeling. Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) expertise for portfolio management. Practical experience with generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for analysis, writing, and process automation. Strong project management, prioritization, and process analysis skills. Genuine passion for educational innovation and mathematics learning transformation in Mexico.
