In this Customer Operations role based in Seattle, you will own end-to-end customer relationships across a portfolio of enterprise accounts, with direct responsibility for adoption, impact, and long-term success. You'll work with senior customer stakeholders to diagnose operational challenges and drive measurable improvements using Pelico's platform. Your core responsibilities include: - Owning end-to-end customer relationships and delivering measurable ROI by ensuring the platform is relied upon in day-to-day decision-making - Working with senior stakeholders to diagnose operational challenges and drive improvements - Identifying and driving expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales - Acting as the connective tissue between customers, product, and engineering to ensure product development reflects real-world needs - Navigating ambiguity and complexity by structuring problems, driving alignment, and pushing initiatives through to execution - Helping define and scale Customer Operations processes at Pelico, turning early deployments into repeatable systems - Using AI tools to analyze customer data, draft communications, prepare for stakeholder meetings, and identify expansion signals This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants responsibility, exposure, and visible impact quickly—not a narrow or purely supportive customer success function. You'll be trusted early with high-stakes accounts and will work directly with senior operators to solve messy, ambiguous problems without existing playbooks. REQUIREMENTS: - 2–10+ years of experience in customer-facing, operational, or analytical roles (consulting, customer success, solutions, ops, etc.) - Track record of taking ownership and delivering results in high-expectation environments - Strong problem-solving ability with capacity to break down ambiguous problems and drive them to resolution - Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and holding your own in high-context conversations - Highly proactive and driven; you don't wait for direction and are comfortable being accountable for outcomes - Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge technical and business perspectives - Motivated by fast-paced environments where the bar is high and structure is evolving - Active embrace of AI tools as part of your work; curious about what's possible and quick to adopt new ways of working smarter - Hands-on experience with AI-assisted workflows (writing, research, analysis, coding, productivity) and genuine interest in staying at the frontier of these tools Nice to have: - Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial environments - Background in consulting, strategy, or highly analytical roles - Exposure to data tools (SQL, dashboards, etc.) - Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
