In this Customer Operations role, you will own end-to-end customer relationships across a portfolio of enterprise accounts, with direct responsibility for adoption, impact, and long-term success. You'll work with senior customer stakeholders to diagnose operational challenges and drive measurable improvements using Pelico's platform. Your core responsibilities include:
- Owning customer adoption, impact, and long-term success across enterprise accounts
- Working with senior stakeholders to diagnose operational challenges and deliver measurable improvements
- Taking ownership of ROI delivery, ensuring the platform is relied upon in day-to-day decision-making
- Identifying and driving expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales
- Serving as the connective tissue between customers, product, and engineering teams
- Navigating ambiguity and complexity by structuring problems, driving alignment, and pushing initiatives to execution
- Helping define and scale Customer Operations processes at Pelico
- Using AI tools to analyze customer data, draft communications, prepare for stakeholder meetings, and identify expansion signals
This is a high-stakes role with early exposure to complex manufacturing environments and direct visibility into impact. You'll be trusted with responsibility quickly and expected to operate independently while managing ambiguity.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–10+ years of experience in customer-facing, operational, or analytical roles (consulting, customer success, solutions, operations, etc.)
- Track record of taking ownership and delivering results in high-expectation environments
- Strong problem-solving ability with capacity to break down ambiguous problems and drive them to resolution
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and holding your own in high-context conversations
- Highly proactive and driven; comfortable being accountable for outcomes without waiting for direction
- Excellent communication skills, bridging technical and business perspectives
- Motivated by fast-paced environments with high bars and evolving structure
- Active embrace of AI tools as part of daily work; curiosity about what's possible and quick adoption of new ways of working
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted workflows (writing, research, analysis, coding, productivity) and genuine interest in staying at the frontier of these tools
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial environments
- Background in consulting, strategy, or highly analytical roles
- Exposure to data tools (SQL, dashboards, etc.)
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
