Qover is a leading European insurtech scale-up that has raised $100 million and operates across 32 European countries. The company helps enterprises embed insurance into their digital products and services, protecting 15M+ users and partnering with major brands like Revolut, Mastercard, BMW, and Monzo.
The Customer Growth team owns the commercial lifecycle of enterprise partnerships post-launch, responsible for ensuring partnerships perform, grow, and deliver sustained value. As a Customer Growth Manager, you will own a portfolio of Qover's most significant enterprise partners across Financial Services, Mobility, and the Insurer/Broker ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include: growing revenue within your portfolio while protecting live program performance; creating and qualifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities into new products and markets; setting account direction through comprehensive growth plans with defined objectives and KPIs; building relationships across partner organizations from operational teams to C-level executives; delivering quarterly business reviews grounded in performance data; identifying renewal and churn risk early; coordinating across Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Sales teams; acting as the voice of partners inside Qover to shape product roadmap decisions; and working with Sales and Partnerships to convert opportunities.
You will be measured on baseline revenue growth, opportunities created and qualified, new products/markets launched, retention and renewal outcomes, and partner advocacy.
Required qualifications: 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Partner Management, or business consulting in B2B SaaS, fintech, financial services, or insurance; proven track record growing enterprise accounts in complex, multi-stakeholder environments; ability to own or materially contribute to commercial targets from existing customer bases; strong account planning and execution skills; ability to size and prioritize expansion opportunities; excellent negotiation skills; comfort working with performance data and translating analysis into actionable recommendations; ability to coordinate across teams without direct authority; proficiency with AI tooling as part of daily workflow.
Desirable: experience in insurance, embedded finance, or payments; prior work with fintech, mobility, or travel partners; familiarity with HubSpot, Looker, Jira, or comparable CRM/analytics tools; additional European language skills.
