Bedrock Robotics is deploying autonomous systems on heavy construction equipment across the country. The company has raised $350M in two years and achieved the first fully autonomous excavator deployments in construction, with a team that includes veterans from Waymo, Segment, and Uber Freight. You will lead customer experience and enablement efforts to help partners and their crews confidently adopt autonomy on jobsites. Working closely with Commercial, Operations, and Product leaders, you'll design onboarding, training, and field engagement programs that prepare customers for deployments and build crew skills. Key responsibilities include: - Design customer-facing onboarding experiences alongside the Commercial team, ensuring clarity from day one - Own all communications, materials, collateral, and content supporting onboarding, deployments, crew training, and ongoing enablement - Equip Bedrock's field teams with consistent facilitator guidance, reusable materials, and practical tools - Write and develop training resources, guides, presentations, and materials with input from technical, safety, and operations experts - Build programs that strengthen crew confidence and readiness, making the technology approachable and relevant to jobsite work - Own the strategy and roadmap for Bedrock University, evolving practical training into structured learning pathways, skills assessments, and certification for Autonomy Technicians - Manage customer and field advisory boards, including member engagement, communications, meeting cadence, and follow-through - Partner with Commercial, Product, and Ops to collect insights from advisory boards that inform technical roadmap and go-to-market strategy - Develop webinars and ongoing opportunities for customer leaders and field crews to exchange ideas and learn from one another - Establish workflows and metrics to measure crew readiness, training effectiveness, partner participation, and field feedback quality - Travel regularly to customer sites, active jobsites, training activities, and advisory-board gatherings to build relationships and keep programs grounded in field realities This is a senior, hands-on role within Marketing for someone who combines customer advocacy, program design, strong writing, and community-building instincts. You'll personally develop materials, build meaningful connections with customer leaders and field crews, and turn their feedback into better training and communications. The role focuses on scalable programs and partner readiness rather than individual account management or help-desk support. REQUIREMENTS: - 8+ years of experience in customer enablement, customer education, workforce development, training, community programs, partner engagement, or comparable discipline - Strategic, hands-on program builder who can connect partner needs, field realities, and business priorities into practical, scalable experiences - Strong writing and communication skills; ability to turn complex technical input into clear, useful materials for diverse audiences - Experience designing onboarding, training, or learning programs that build confidence and prepare people to apply new skills - Strong community-building and facilitation instincts; ability to earn trust, encourage participation, and create useful exchanges - Ability to learn unfamiliar subjects quickly, ask thoughtful questions, and work with technical and safety specialists - Strong project leadership and operational discipline; ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and move work from concept through delivery - Collaborative, low-ego working style with genuine respect for field personnel - Construction or field-operations experience is a plus but not required; experience building an academy, certification pathway, advisory-board program, or peer-learning community is helpful
