Cresta is an AI platform that combines conversational AI agents, real-time human agent augmentation, and conversation intelligence to drive revenue and efficiency across customer service channels. Founded by Stanford AI Lab researchers and backed by a16z, Greylock, and Sequoia, Cresta serves leading enterprises including United Airlines, Cox Communications, and Marriott. As a Customer Engineer for APAC, you'll be the technical backbone of customer implementations across the Asia-Pacific region. You'll own the technical execution of enterprise contact center integrations, working closely with Solution Architects, Implementation Managers, Customer Success Managers, and the core Engineering team. Key responsibilities include: designing and building applications using Cresta SDKs, libraries, and APIs; integrating Cresta solutions with enterprise contact center platforms (voice, chat, digital); developing and maintaining integrations in Go, Python, and JavaScript; managing multiple customer projects simultaneously; troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in collaboration with Cresta Engineering; and building trusted relationships with customer technical stakeholders throughout implementation and expansion phases. You'll navigate complex enterprise environments, understand different customer business requirements and deployment needs, and identify opportunities to expand value within existing accounts. This role combines hands-on technical work with customer-facing partnership, requiring someone who enjoys both deep technical execution and building strong stakeholder relationships. As Cresta scales across APAC, you'll also help shape how the company scales its technical customer engagement in the region, sharing learnings across teams and developing scalable implementation practices.
