monday.com is an AI work platform used by 250,000+ customers to bring people, workflows, and AI agents together on one flexible platform. The company is pioneering a new era of customer enablement that is innovative, hands-on, and designed to genuinely change how teams work. In this role, you will build AI-first enablement solutions that help teams learn and consume knowledge effectively in the AI era. You'll design and develop engaging AI content addressing key product and business knowledge—agents, pricing, and beyond. Your work will move at build speed: turning business problems into working prototypes in days, then iterating based on real usage. You'll go deep on monday's product and business mindset to ensure solutions are grounded in reality, not just documentation. Everything you build ships as a product with real users, feedback loops, and next iterations—nothing is built once and abandoned. You'll lead and deliver sessions on what you build; this is a hands-on role where you don't hand delivery off to others. You'll work constantly across stakeholders—Product and Engineering, Client-Facing teams, and the wider Chief Customer Officer organization—to bridge business and product gaps. The role requires strong customer-facing skills, business understanding, and the ability to diagnose what's actually blocking a team or customer rather than simply fulfilling content requests at face value. monday.com offers a customer-obsessed team where transparency and ownership are core operating principles. You'll work on a multi-product suite powered by advanced AI reaching hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide. The company provides competitive salary, benefits, bonus potential, and equity eligibility. Growth opportunities include a dedicated L&D team, AI workshops, bootcamps, and internal hackathons. The culture is collaborative and global, with offices in New York, Tel Aviv, London, Munich, Warsaw, Tokyo, Sydney, and more. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Enablement, Solution Engineering, Technical Account Management (TAM), or Customer Engineering within a fast-paced B2B software environment - Strong customer-facing and business understanding—ability to diagnose what's actually blocking a team or customer - Strong AI fluency with proven, hands-on experience building AI solutions (Claude, LLMs, agents, no-code tooling, monday's own AI products) that reduced manual effort, improved consistency, or addressed real business needs - Builder mindset—highly proactive and action-oriented, quick to ship rather than wait for specs or approvals - Strong communication skills, written and spoken, for technical and non-technical audiences - Genuine passion for enabling people and sharing knowledge (instructional design experience is a bonus) - Comfort working project-based—dropping into unfamiliar business problems, ramping fast, and moving on once solved - Hungry, high-ownership drive to make visible impact and build things that matter
