Brightwheel is the largest and fastest-growing platform in early education, trusted by millions of educators and families. The company is backed by top-tier investors including Bessemer, Addition, and Emerson Collective, and has been recognized as a three-time Cloud 100 company.
In this Customer Account Specialist role, you will own the full customer lifecycle for early education centers—from initial outreach and discovery through close, onboarding, renewal, and retention. You'll conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (70+ calls per day), run tailored product demonstrations via video conferencing, and proactively manage at-risk accounts to prevent churn. Your responsibilities include identifying customer pain points, positioning Brightwheel solutions to address specific business challenges, maintaining accurate pipeline data in Salesforce, and consistently hitting monthly revenue, retention, and activity targets.
You'll work in a distributed, remote-first environment across US time zones, collaborating with a competitive and collaborative sales team. You'll receive regular coaching from your manager and peers, with opportunities to refine your sales approach through call reviews and continuous feedback. The role offers hands-on experience in a fast-moving startup, with clear performance visibility and frequent opportunities to grow.
The impact of your work is direct: you'll help early education providers spend more time with children, strengthen family relationships, and run healthier businesses through technology.
