inDrive is building a Content Design function from scratch and seeking a Content Designer to help establish this new discipline. The role emphasizes strategic thinking and decision-making over tactical text editing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Product Teams and own local support updates, ensuring knowledge is available when and where customers need it
- Think scenario-first when designing content; create clear, usable materials including flow descriptions, articles, instructions, and guides
- Partner with local Support Teams to deliver knowledge updates, gather real-world feedback, iterate on solutions, and continuously improve content
- Help develop and evolve content guidelines and standards for the organization
The ideal candidate views content design as a strategic function rooted in logic, user scenarios, and solutions—not just copyediting or template answers.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in UX Writing, Content Design, or Knowledge Management
- Basic experience analyzing support tickets or conducting customer journey mapping (CJM)
- Strong written communication skills and demonstrated attention to detail (portfolio required)
- Experience iterating and improving content based on feedback, research, and data
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
