Monday.com is hiring an experienced Account Executive to lead new business sales for its CRM product, the fastest-growing product line in the company's AI work platform. The CRM product is part of Monday's WorkOS ecosystem, which serves over 250,000 customers globally across departments. In this quota-carrying role, you will own the full sales cycle for the CRM product, from initial discovery through close. You'll lead CRM-focused demos and discovery conversations designed to align on customer business outcomes while showcasing the value and best practices of Monday's CRM solution. A key part of the role is developing deep product knowledge and connecting usage directly to measurable customer ROI. You will act as a product owner in an agile environment, developing go-to-market strategies and coordinating cross-functional support across the organization to establish Monday's CRM as the #1 product in the market. You'll stay current with industry trends and competitive positioning, continuously enhancing the offering for scale. This is the beginning of a large-scale sales build-out, so entrepreneurial execution and ownership mindset are essential. Requirements: - 4+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience - Full Direct (New Business) sales experience required - Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to execute in a scaling environment - Ability to continuously expand product knowledge and stay current on industry trends to position against competitors - Strong adherence to process with passion for process improvement - Strong customer-facing and presentation skills; ability to establish credibility with executives - Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions - Ability to build strong personal relationships internally and externally - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Track record of success as a self-starter, results-oriented, adaptable, and inquisitive
