The Credentialing / Enrollment Lead role is responsible for managing the credentialing and enrollment operations that enable Nourish to scale its network of healthcare providers across all 50 states. This position oversees the processes, systems, and team members involved in onboarding and credentialing Registered Dietitians, physicians, and other healthcare professionals into insurance networks and health plans. The role requires deep understanding of healthcare compliance, payer requirements, state-by-state regulations, and the operational workflows that support rapid, compliant provider network expansion.
Key responsibilities include: leading and managing a team focused on credentialing workflows; ensuring compliance with payer and regulatory requirements across multiple states; optimizing enrollment processes to reduce time-to-productivity for new providers; managing relationships with payers, health plans, and credentialing bodies; identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements; and collaborating cross-functionally with clinical, legal, and technology teams to support Nourish's growth trajectory.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of healthcare operations experience, with specific expertise in credentialing, enrollment, or payer operations. Strong project management, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment are essential. This is a hands-on leadership role where the candidate will both manage team members and contribute directly to solving complex operational challenges.
