Polymarket is the world's largest prediction market platform, enabling users to trade on outcomes across politics, economics, sports, culture, and current affairs. The platform aggregated $21B in trading volume in 2025 and is positioned as an alternative news source for understanding collective expectations about future events. As Creator Partnerships Manager, you will oversee a growing roster of major YouTube and Instagram creators, managing the full lifecycle of paid partnership campaigns. Your core responsibilities include briefing creators on time-sensitive campaigns tied to live news cycles and market events, maintaining a centralized pipeline to track all video deliverables through production and approval stages, and coordinating simultaneous go-live timing across multiple creators. You will own quality assurance for all video content before publication, ensuring messaging accuracy, brand consistency, and factual correctness. You'll build and maintain strong working relationships with creators and their teams to ensure Polymarket briefs receive priority treatment and partnerships convert into repeat engagements. As the program scales, you'll take on deal negotiation and contracting responsibilities, structuring agreements around measurable distribution outcomes and industry-standard rates. You'll also track and report on deliverable performance across the creator roster, identifying which creators and content formats drive the most impact. The role requires strong project management discipline, clear written communication under tight deadlines, and the ability to manage complex, multi-threaded workflows without constant oversight. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid creator partnerships at scale, a proven track record executing high-volume video deliverable pipelines, and direct experience negotiating creator contracts. Bonus qualifications include existing relationships with major creators in news, politics, or finance, and familiarity with standard creator contract structures and YouTube/Instagram integration rate benchmarks.
