Jellyfish, a global digital marketing agency, is seeking a Creative Shoot Producer to partner with a leading global sports brand. You will deliver end-to-end strategic and operational marketing services across the global communications journey, acting as an extension of the internal Comms and Storytelling Team. Production Responsibilities: You will manage high-budget productions (500k+ Euros per production), handling budget management, cost negotiations, bids, estimates, PO management, and production cost tracking. You'll manage business affairs including legal clearances, insurance, and usage rights. Your role includes managing multiple production timelines to ensure on-time delivery, working with international athletes, celebrities, and fashion brands. You will attend on-set productions with approximately 40% global travel, often on short notice and for extended periods. You'll uphold quality standards, manage production resources, coordinate music and post-production, and ensure compliance with client guidelines. Administrative Responsibilities: Provide ongoing updates and forecasting in tracking documents, consolidate and complete paperwork during and after shoots, perform final reconciliations and archiving, and ensure compliance with organizational policies. Jellyfish Integration: Understand the operating model, global strategy, and business priorities. Understand the partnership structure between Jellyfish and the client. Cascade business communications and implement Jellyfish processes. Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance team culture. Required Qualifications: 3+ years' experience in cross-media (print, digital, TV) shoot production. Willingness and ability to travel extensively. Fluent English; Spanish, Italian, or German a plus. Solid understanding of marketing industries, processes, and communication channels. Strong stakeholder management skills (internal and external, client-facing). Solution-driven approach. Flexibility with working hours due to time zones and shoot schedules. Excellent communication and progress-reporting skills. The role offers up to 60% remote work flexibility, flexible hours between 8am-6:30pm, and eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus scheme.
