BarkBox is building THE Dog Company—a mission-driven brand that combines data, technology, and creativity to create joy and connection between dogs and their people. The Creative Producer role owns the operational backbone of BarkBox's creative output, which spans product launches, retail displays, advertising, email, social media, and the bark.co website. You'll partner with the Creative, Marketing, and Product teams, along with external agencies, photographers, directors, and freelancers, to ensure projects are well-planned, resourced, and delivered on time at high creative standards. This is a full-cycle production role: you'll manage end-to-end creative campaigns and shoots from pre-production through final asset delivery, owning timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships. Beyond day-to-day execution, you'll build and continuously improve the production systems that keep creative work organized and visible. You'll maintain the team's roadmap in Monday.com, scout and build relationships with creative partners, manage production budgets, and give leadership clear visibility into spend, capacity, and tradeoffs. You're expected to identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual work, and introduce AI and automation where it adds real value. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of experience in creative production, marketing operations, or project management supporting integrated campaigns. You've produced photo and video shoots, managed multiple projects in fast-paced environments, and have strong working knowledge of project management platforms like Monday.com. You bring good creative judgment, understand what high-quality brand work looks like across photography, digital, retail, email, and web, and have a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach. You're comfortable making recommendations, pushing back on unrealistic timelines, and helping teams make smart tradeoffs under pressure.
