Mixtiles is a $300M+ profitable consumer brand reinventing how homes feel through innovative products like wall photos, self-watering plants, and smart lighting. Oasis, their fastest-growing brand, has grown to ~$30M in just over a year and is now scaling toward hundreds of millions.
As Creative Director for Oasis, you'll define how the world discovers the brand and experiences its smart lighting products. You'll sit at the heart of growth, turning customer insights into breakthrough campaigns that build both brand and business impact.
Key responsibilities:
- Define creative strategy for Oasis' next growth phase
- Transform customer insights into emotionally resonant, memorable campaigns
- Create simple, powerful stories that make people envision Oasis in their homes
- Partner closely with Growth teams to test, learn, and continuously improve creative performance
- Direct video creators and production to bring ideas to life
- Raise the creative bar across storytelling, copy, visual language, and execution
- Work hand-in-hand with Growth, Product, and Brand teams
You're a first-principles creative thinker with exceptional taste who combines brand thinking with a strong performance mindset. You care equally about craft and business impact. You thrive on fast feedback loops, love the hands-on work of creating and directing (not just reviewing), and understand what makes people stop, feel, and take action. You have a track record of turning customer insight into ideas people remember.
