Salary: USD 100,000 - 230,000 / annual
Grey, part of WPP, is seeking a Creative Director, Copy (Health) to lead creative campaign development and multi-disciplinary teams from ideation through execution. This role is responsible for developing big, brand-building, persuasive, and unexpected ideas across all channels while providing leadership and motivation to reporting creatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct projects from concept to completion with minimal oversight, ensuring creative ideas are executed exceptionally
- Act in the best interest of clients and the agency's big idea while managing day-to-day operations
- Provide creative guidance to ensure ideas are tied to strategy, pushing for "Famously Effective" ideas internally and with clients
- Manage client relationships and lead creative meetings and presentations
- Generate ideas to help pitch and win new business
- Lead effective team meetings to organize high volumes of work while inspiring and motivating team members
- Work with internal and external strategic partners to create products using current industry best practices
- Set an example for the larger team through high creative standards and involvement in agency initiatives
- Develop junior teams through careful feedback, mentorship, and modeling behavior
- Demonstrate adaptability and readiness to embrace change
