Yuno is seeking a Senior Corporate IT Engineer to own the internal technology backbone for a fully remote, global team. This is a strategic, hands-on role—not helpdesk—where you will design, build, and automate the corporate IT stack end to end as the company scales across 190+ countries.
You will own device and endpoint management (MDM platforms like Jamf, Intune, or Kandji) for a distributed macOS and Windows fleet, including zero-touch provisioning, patching, and endpoint security. You will administer identity and access management systems (Okta or equivalent), managing SSO, MFA, SCIM, and automating onboarding/offboarding workflows. You will govern the SaaS stack (Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, and more), eliminate shadow IT, manage OAuth risk, and optimize licensing.
Security and compliance are core to your mandate. You will build and maintain controls, access reviews, and audit evidence for SOC 2, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001 compliance, partnering with the Security team on vendor reviews. You will drive automation across the IT function using Python, PowerShell, Okta Workflows, or similar tools to replace manual work. As the senior IT voice, you will mentor the IT team, act as the escalation point for complex issues, and maintain clear runbooks and documentation.
Yuno is an AI-native payments platform powering global commerce for enterprise merchants, banks, and wallets. The company connects to 1,000+ payment methods and 460+ integrations across 190+ countries, serving brands like McDonald's, NetEase Games, GoFundMe, and Rappi. In this role, you will also build AI-driven automation for IT and helpdesk workflows, manage how AI tools are provisioned and governed across the organization, and mitigate OAuth and shadow-AI risks.
Success within 6–12 months means onboarding and offboarding run end to end without manual steps, the device fleet and SaaS access are fully managed and auditable, and compliance evidence is produced continuously rather than scrambled for at audit time.
Yuno offers competitive compensation, stock options, a one-time home office bonus, work equipment, health coverage globally, flexible time off, and professional development in languages and personal growth.
