Join Rubrik's Corporate IT team as an architect responsible for designing and scaling the technology foundation that powers the company's internal IT ecosystem. This strategic yet hands-on role focuses on building resilient systems and operational maturity across Service Desk, Endpoint Engineering, Collaboration Platforms, and AV environments.
Key responsibilities include defining target-state architecture for Corporate IT systems, architecting and maturing Service Desk processes with automation and self-service at the core, and implementing AI Service Desk solutions using LLMs and Virtual Agents for intelligent ticket routing and automated triage. You will engineer end-to-end automation frameworks that transform manual support into self-healing workflows, design modern endpoint management strategies across macOS and Windows using Jamf and Intune, and establish patching, compliance, and configuration baselines with measurable enforcement.
You'll own architecture and governance for Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and conference room AV systems, work with partner teams to automate onboarding/offboarding workflows, and partner with Security to implement zero-trust principles. Additional responsibilities include driving API-first integrations across platforms, rationalizing tooling and vendor strategy, leading escalations on complex cross-platform issues, and documenting standards and integration patterns.
Required experience includes 10+ years in Corporate IT, Endpoint Engineering, or IT Architecture roles within distributed or high-growth environments. Deep expertise in Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune is essential, along with strong administrative and architectural experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and SaaS ecosystems. You should have experience designing zero-touch device lifecycle management programs, strong knowledge of identity and access management (Okta, Azure AD), and demonstrated ability to design automation using scripting languages and APIs. Additional valuable skills include ITIL-aligned service management, tooling rationalization, vendor evaluation, and strong analytical decision-making capabilities.
