Monday.com is seeking a Corporate FP&A Analyst to lead and support company-wide planning, forecasting, and performance analysis processes. In this role, you will build and maintain financial models to support strategic and operational decisions, translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders, and partner with finance and business partners to align resources with strategic priorities.
Key responsibilities include taking ownership over key analyses and continuously improving financial processes and frameworks. You will also build, integrate, and scale AI-powered processes to streamline financial modeling and complex data analysis. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with senior leadership to drive financial decision-making across the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar analytical role, with strong preference for prior Corporate FP&A experience
- Hands-on experience with company-wide budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
- Strong advantage for hands-on experience building ARR bridges and revenue forecasting models (decomposing growth by new business, expansion, churn, FX)
- Strong business perspective with ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
- Clear and effective communicator, able to influence decisions through structured analysis and storytelling
- Proactive, ownership-driven team player with continuous learning mindset
- Comfortable operating in global, fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
- Practical experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) to enhance analytical capabilities
