Snowflake seeks a Corporate Development Operations & M&A Integration Lead to own the operational infrastructure and execution across the company's acquisition, investment, and partnership activities. This role spans three core areas: M&A diligence and integration execution, corporate development operations, and portfolio management for Snowflake Ventures. In the diligence and integration domain, you will bring an operational lens to evaluate organizational fit, identify integration risks, and assess operational readiness during deal evaluation. You'll own integration planning and execution from late-stage diligence through steady state, including change management, employee retention, and cultural transition. You'll partner with GTM Operations on commercial integration workstreams, track integration KPIs against deal thesis, and conduct retrospectives to inform future transactions. On the operations side, you'll build and maintain the systems, processes, templates, and tooling that enable the corporate development function to scale. This includes deal pipeline processes, diligence templates, integration playbooks, and AI-enabled workflows using Snowflake's platform to standardize planning and governance. You'll also serve as a cross-functional program manager, bridging deal teams and the broader organization during active transactions, managing dependencies and keeping multi-stakeholder workstreams aligned. Additionally, you'll support the Snowflake Ventures portfolio through QBRs, partnership coordination, financial reporting, and identifying synergies with Snowflake's product and go-to-market motion. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in corporate development, hands-on M&A integration, or technology-focused management consulting. You should have a demonstrated track record leading end-to-end integrations across multiple transaction types (acqui-hires, platform acquisitions, asset purchases, mergers). Strong program management skills, executive communication ability, and familiarity with data and AI tools are essential. Background in software, cloud, data, AI, or enterprise SaaS with understanding of commercial integration activities (customer transition, contract migration, sales coverage, GTM systems) is required. Experience coordinating with GTM and sales operations teams on enterprise go-to-market integration and managing strategic investment portfolios is valued.
