Salary: USD 160,000 - 200,000 / annual
EliseAI is a venture-backed AI company (Series E, $250M raised) focused on improving housing and healthcare through agentic AI integrated into existing workflows. The company simplifies renter experiences (apartment tours, lease signing, maintenance requests) and healthcare workflows (appointment scheduling, intake forms, patient communication).
The Corporate Development & Partnerships team drives EliseAI's expansion across the housing ecosystem through strategic partnerships, go-to-market initiatives, integrations, M&A, government affairs, and emerging categories like payments and insurance. The team owns initiatives end-to-end: sourcing, structuring, and execution.
As Manager of Corporate Development & Partnerships, you will own the complete lifecycle of strategic partnerships and corporate development initiatives. You'll build and prioritize the partnership pipeline while managing relationships end-to-end. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional work with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Legal to operationalize signed partnerships; evaluating market segments and partner companies; conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis of opportunities; and helping recruit and develop team talent as the organization scales.
This role reports to the Director of Corp. Dev. and Partnerships with close engagement across EliseAI's leadership and Strategy & Planning teams. You'll operate with full autonomy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you own your impact.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5–6 years of experience in strategic partnerships at high-growth startups, investment banking, management consulting, or related roles (corporate/business development, strategy, or founder experience at high-growth startups)
- Proven ability to operate in fast-paced environments with strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to engage and influence stakeholders across teams and external partners
- Ability to work in-person at NYC headquarters 4–5 days per week
