GoTo Group, Southeast Asia's largest digital ecosystem, is seeking a Corporate Development Analyst to join its strategic finance and corporate development team. You will provide financial and strategic analysis supporting the company's capital markets strategy, M&A initiatives, portfolio management, and strategic partnerships. Key responsibilities include: - Conduct financial and strategic analysis related to funding, capital markets strategy, M&A, portfolio management, and strategic partnerships - Develop financial models and valuation analyses to guide senior decision-making - Perform industry and market research on trends, risks, opportunities, and competitive landscape - Participate in deals end-to-end: strategy development, negotiation, structuring, due diligence, and cross-functional coordination with finance, legal, tax, and other departments - Create investment memorandums and presentations for senior management, board, and shareholders - Prepare regular and ad-hoc investor and management reporting The Corporate Development team focuses on financial rigor, strategic analysis, and seamless deal execution. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders and operate with high professionalism, attention to detail, and strategic focus. GoTo's ecosystem spans mobility (Gojek), delivery, payments, financial services (GoTo Financial, GoPay, GoPayLater), e-commerce (Tokopedia), and merchant solutions (Midtrans, Moka). The company serves millions of driver partners and consumers across Southeast Asia. Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of work experience in private equity, corporate development, Big 4 advisory, investment banking, management consulting, or related experience - Strong grasp of accounting, finance, and legal/tax considerations in M&A and corporate finance - Solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail - Ability to work under pressure to meet tight timelines while producing high-quality outputs - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask - Ability to manage confidential and highly sensitive information with discretion and professionalism - Excellent verbal and written fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
