As Corporate Counsel, you will serve as a trusted legal advisor providing strategic and practical legal support across commercial transactions, operational matters, and corporate governance. You will partner closely with cross-functional leadership to negotiate key contracts, manage risk, and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
