Support colleagues as new workflows and tools roll out. Share progress and learnings with stakeholders. Build team confidence in using AI responsibly and effectively. You'll work closely with the Copy team and cross-functional partners, turning ideas into useful shared systems. **Requirements:** - Hands-on experience using AI tools to solve real problems, with evidence of experimenting, learning, and evaluating results - Practical experience improving a process or workflow in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment - A practical, experimental approach: you enjoy trying ideas, gathering feedback, and improving what you've built - Ability to think systematically about how people, processes, tools, and information fit together - Confidence working with data and using it to understand whether something is working - Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple pieces of work simultaneously - Clear communication and ability to work effectively with people from different teams and areas of expertise - Good judgment about quality, data privacy, and human oversight when using AI **Nice to have:** - Experience supporting a copy, content, creative, or brand team - Experience using performance data or experiment results to improve copy or creative outcomes - Comfort learning new tools and building or configuring simple solutions - The company values curiosity, judgment, ideas, and evidence of what you can do over years of experience
